My name is Elliott Rodriguez and I am a graphic designer and illustrator based in Santa Barbara, California.

I have worked independently in the graphic design field for the last five years, and have had the opportunity to produce work for a variety of local clients. The purpose of Who Else Design is to provide captivating and enticing design work while delivering a desired message.
